Privacy at ClassesOS

ClassesOS is designed for institutes to manage their own operational records. Each institute controls the student, guardian, staff, financial, attendance, and document information entered into its account.

Information we process

We process account, institute, operational, security, and support information required to provide ClassesOS. We do not sell personal information.

Access and security

Access is restricted by account role, institute, branch, module, and permission. Security and audit records may be retained to protect accounts and investigate misuse.

Questions

Privacy requests should be raised through the institute that issued your ClassesOS account. Institute administrators can escalate platform questions through their onboarding contact.
