ClassesOS service terms

ClassesOS access is provided to an institute under the subscription, module, onboarding, and support terms agreed directly with that institute.

Authorised use

Accounts may only be used by authorised people for legitimate institute operations. Users must protect credentials and follow the permissions assigned by their institute.

Institute responsibility

Institutes are responsible for the accuracy and lawful handling of information entered into ClassesOS, including notices and permissions required from students, guardians, and staff.

Subscriptions

Subscription dates, enabled modules, limits, and commercial terms are recorded for each institute. Access may change when a subscription expires, is suspended, or is replaced.

Availability

We work to keep ClassesOS reliable and secure, but scheduled maintenance or circumstances outside reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.
